The National Bingo Game Caller of the Year Final will return later this year on 17th November and the first finalist for this year's coveted event has been announced. We're very pleased to confirm that it's our very Kara.

Kara Smith from Club 3000 Bingo in Ipswich has made the final eight and will be in with a chance of being crowned National Bingo Game Caller of the Year 2024. 

Kara won the regional heat representing the Independent Bingo Clubs for the Midlands and the South.

Qualifying events will continue to be held in Bingo venues across the whole of Great Britain over the next couple of months. Contestants will be judged on criteria such as their knowledge of the game, showmanship skills and of course their skills as a caller.

The winner will receive a trophy and £1,000 in cash. The winner will also act as an ambassador for the land-based Bingo Industry and the National Bingo Game over the next two years. Prizes will also be awarded to all runners-up with each receiving a trophy and £500.
