When Ken Bruce Met Our Very Own Sean Connolly, Manager of Club 3000 Blackpool

Thursday 27th June 2024 was National Bingo Day & the day that the Manager of our Blackpool club won PopMasters!

Sean Connolly loves bingo and music, and the two very nicely came together on the Ken Bruce show recently.


Ken Bruce hosts his show 10am weekdays on Greatest Hits Radio, including the well known quiz PopMasters, which Sean won by a whopping 30 points. His huge win put him through to the "3 in 10" heat, which he won easily by naming three hits by the group Madness.


Sean's prize for winning was a smart speaker and 12 months subscription to Greatest Hits Radio Premium........and a lovely mention for National Bingo Day and Club 3000 Bingo.

A charity in Fife has celebrated the incredible contributions of its volunteers and staff at a special awards event, and we very proudly sponsored the Perpetual Smile award, which honours those who brought an infectious smile and spread warmth and positivity to those around them. Based in Kirkcaldy, Nourish Support Centre provides much needed and life-changing support to families in Fife who have additional support needs. Founded in 2011, Nourish was established by five parents who all had children with additional support needs. They wanted to address the significant gaps in support available for families in their situation and understood the daily challenges they face. The annual event took place at Kirkcaldy’s Dean Park Hotel earlier this month. Clink below for the full story:
